Who is responsible

NEOINIT GAMES, an independent video game studio in Chile. For anything related to personal data, email us at [email protected].

What data we store

If you subscribe via “Follow development”: your email, the page you subscribed from, your language, and the date.

If you write to us via “Get in touch”: your name, your email, the topic, and your message, so we can reply.

That's it: we don't ask for your phone number or payment details.

What we use it for

Your subscription email is used only to let you know about studio and game news: demos, release dates, and announcements. Contact messages are used only to reply to you. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is the language you picked. If we measure visits, we use a cookie-free analytics tool that only provides aggregate data and can't identify anyone.

How long we keep it

Your subscription email, until you ask to unsubscribe. Contact messages, for as long as we need them to reply to you. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond as soon as we can. This applies under Chilean Law 19.628 on the protection of private life, and under the European regulation (GDPR) if you're writing to us from the European Union.

Where it's stored

In the site's own database, which only the studio team can access with a username and password.
